CAMBIGG Return and Refund Policy
At CAMBIGG, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our detailed return and refund policy below, which outlines the conditions for both digital and physical product returns.
Digital Products (E-books & DVDs)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues can arise. A refund for a digital product (E-book or DVD) will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
* Download Error: If you experience a verified technical issue preventing successful download of the product.
* Defect in Download: If the downloaded file is confirmed to be corrupted or inherently defective, rendering it unusable.
In either of these cases, you must contact us at Info@cambigg.com within 3 days of your purchase, providing a clear description and any relevant evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots of error messages). Our technical support team will then have a maximum of 3 business days to attempt to resolve the problem. If, after this 3-day resolution period, the issue remains unresolved despite our best efforts, you may then submit a formal refund request. All refund decisions for digital products are at the sole discretion of CAMBIGG.
Physical Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your physical purchases from CAMBIGG. You are eligible for a full refund on physical products under the following conditions:
* Unused Condition: The product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
* No Buyer Usage: If the product shows any signs of being used or tampered with by the buyer, it will not be eligible for a full refund. This includes, but is not limited to, signs of wear, missing parts, or damaged packaging due to buyer handling.
For all other instances where the product has not been used, you are entitled to a full refund. To initiate a return for a physical product, please contact us at Info@cambigg.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
